Life Coaching is a new profession where the total focus is on you becoming empowered to reach your goals and destiny. It’s results-driven because it involves a mutual relationship built on honesty. It’s a place where you can express your dreams, your disappointments and still stay on track to reach your full potential. Often in life you have had to face some obstacles that drove you off the course that you once had envisioned for your life. Navigating the journey of life is difficult and most of us do not have the people in our lives that can give you the tools and the encouragement you need to keep going and reach the personal growth that you long for.
Some key questions to ask yourself are:
- What do you believe? That answer makes up the core of your being and determines the primary course of your life.
- Who are you becoming? Where do you focus your thoughts? Do you allow your emotions or circumstances to control your life?
- Where do you belong? Are the relationships in your life helping you to live out your beliefs and become the person you desire to be?
As a spiritual coach located in Knoxville, TN, I am very passionate about working with those individuals who desire to find the answers to those questions. I personally believe that we have made finding our life purpose and balance much more complicated than it was designed to be. Yet is does take some effort to read one book or just think a specific thought to begin your journey towards the personal development you seek. We were created as relational beings and I believe that God designed the human being to be in a relationship with him, ourselves and others, in order to foster the growth and accountability that is needed for you to reach your God-given purpose and destiny. I know that I would not be on the most rewarding path of my life if it had not been for the coaches who gave me the encouragement, love, time and support to guide me to my true calling and purpose on this earth.
